Mheal provide you a warranty on every repair we do. The warranty period will be written on your invoice, depending on the type of parts used.
Please email us at contact@mheal.in along with your invoice and details of your issue. If it's a screen problem, please include a video showing the issue.
We typically resolve issues within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your query. You'll receive a response via call or email, and we'll work to address your concern promptly. Please note that any issues unrelated to the parts we replaced are not covered under warranty.
Refund is not applicable.
